Dr. Kwong is encouraging children to bring their Halloween candy to his office for a Halloween candy buyback. From Nov. 1st-8th 2011, Dr. Kwong will exchange $1 per pound of candy brought in. The candy will be sent to our Canadian troops overseas to remind them of home.
